This wonderful sensory course is based around our allotment in Dungannon Park. It aims to open your senses to wider experiences through activities to connect with the trees, wild plants, insects, birds, natural elements and yourself. The group will explore different spaces and natural environments in the park and engage in a range of physical, mental and spiritual awareness exercises..
